At Al Mughal Manufacture, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to assist you.
Our 7-Day Return Policy:
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of the Product:
To be eligible for a return, the cap must be in the exact same condition as you received it. This means:

The cap must be completely unused and unworn.

It must be in its original packaging.

All tags, labels, and original components must be attached and intact.

The item must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or being tampered with.
If the product shows any signs of wear or does not match the condition in which it was delivered to you, the return request will not be accepted.
Custom and Made-to-Order Caps:
Please note that all custom-designed caps manufactured specifically for you are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These items are crafted according to your unique specifications and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect on our part.
Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at

Once your request is received, our team will inspect the details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our “original condition” criteria, we will process your refund. The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
